The Cleveland Blue Raiders were not shy about flexing their high powered offense and crushing defense in 38-0 shutout against Walker Valley.
Both teams came into the game 4-1 on their seasons, each with a loss to Bradley Central. With an attendance level exceeding 1,000 people and two raucous rival student sections, the atmosphere was fit for an episode of Friday Night Lights.
Cleveland quarterback, Brad Lambert and receiver, Destun Thomas formed their signature connection early on and Tetoe Boyd Jr. also had himself a game with three touchdowns
It was a tough night for Walker Valley QB, Ryan Lay. He went 6-20 for 58 yards with three interceptions on the game. Walker Valley’s defense also struggled to contain Cleveland as they only recorded one sack for the evening.
