As the season comes to a end it is time once again to honor our NORSPRING Players of the Week!
Chattanooga had two teams in the State Championship as Greg Larnerd and KJ Simpson chose one from each team that won the title!
For Greg he chose, Whit Muschamp the QB who helped lead the Baylor Red Raiders to their first state championship since 1973. He was a very big part of that going 19-29 for 252 yards in the air with 2 touchdowns! He also extended a key drive with his legs in this game. For KJ he chose, the MVP of the 2A state championship game Markel McKinley. The Rams controlled most of this game on the ground and McKinley shined while doing so racking up 114 rushing yards in this game with 89 of those coming in the 2nd half. He also ended this game with a touchdown but he was massive contribution to the Rams coming back and winning this game!
